Throughout the time with us the children will have experienced everything they need to know about caring for a pony. We will assist them in every step of the way with grooming, mucking out, feeding, helping take out and bring in from fields, tack cleaning, tacking up the ponies and general day to day care and stable management. We also encourage children to help lead ponies through lessons to build up their confidence and meet friends.
All pony club times include riding time. Within this riding time they will learn all basic knowledge building up to trotting, cantering and jumping. Their riding time will be within small groups, and we try to either rotate to woodland hack then into the school each week or alternatively hack and school on the day.
